by abhishek sharma on May 26, 2021

Do you feel off? Has your body not performing up to its full lately? There is a great deal that your chakras might be blocked. It causes you to feel stressed or tired. All these problems result when the flow of energy is not vital. To maintain health, it’s important to maintain a dynamic balance between mind, body, and soul. According to many spiritual coaches, there are many chakras in our bodies, but Seven are the most influential. That is why most spiritual practices are concerned with opening these nine chakras, namely; Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and Crown Chakra.

Spiritual techniques to open/heal your chakras

As chakras are the center of reception, assimilation, and transmission of life energy, spiritual techniques that aim to clean or heal the chakras should clear any blockages between your mind, body, and soul. All the techniques mentioned below have proven to be wondrous in feeling more calm and relaxed.

Mantras and Affirmations

Sometimes we unknowingly heal ourselves. Statements such as “I am enough,” “I can do it,” “I have got it,” “I am beautiful and whole” are some of the beautiful affirmations that prove surprisingly effective in clearing blocked chakras. They heal and strengthen our damaged parts. Similar to affirmations are mantras that serve equally well. You can practice them during yoga or meditation.

Creative Visualizations

Visualizing moments of glee or thinking about happy memories is a powerful tool in clearing energy blockages. It is even easier than you think. Adjust yourself on a comfortable mat or cushion. Take deep breaths and visualize the beauty of opening a flower, a moment with your family, or anything that gives you happiness.

Yoga and Meditation

Yoga and meditation prove greatly effective in letting go. As the negative chatter leaves your body, good energy finds a way in. when the flow of energy feels blocked, practicing a set of movements, usually part of yoga, let the energy circulate. Chakra mediation achieve appreciable results when targeted from two directions

• Mediation that brings awareness to the cause of distress

• Meditation that helps in understanding the extent of damage

Meditation therapies that bring our attention to the cause of our distress are an ideal way of bringing back the harmony between emotions and actions. The next step in our plan of action is to practice therapies that bring us close to our whole self and eradicate the feelings of isolation and being left alone.

Colors and Crystals

Colors have spiritual connections to our chakras. Each chakra has a special crystal or color associated with its wellbeing. Some common color associations are

• the root chakra represents red

• the sacral chakra represents orange

• the solar plexus represents yellow

• the heart chakra represents green

• the throat chakra represents blue

• the third eye represents indigo

• the crown chakra represents violet

You can balance a particular chakra using the respective color in your dress, bracelet, or by burning the same colored candles.

The bottom line

The bottom line is that all these techniques do not necessarily have to be used when you feel ill, but incorporating yoga, meditation, positive thinking, and positive affirmations in your routine makes sure that your energy keeps flowing.
