We do not have a refund policy. Instead, our buyers can opt for a 7-days replacement.
We have a 7-days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Replacement will be done of the same product with the same specifications, therefore purchase the product with proper knowledge of the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or replaced, such as customized orders and products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement on-sale items or gift cards.
